Author of several books and exhibitions, she now shares her expertise through creative workshops.

Conference

Sophie reflects on her rich professional and personal career in journalism, accompanying the Quebec public through countless crises: some joyful, but mostly dramatic. Her appointment to the TVA 10 p.m. newscast in 2002 caused a sensation and marked a milestone in the history of women in television journalism. We'll see how she develops her own style, her own way of telling stories, while respecting everyone's sensitivities.

The discussion will touch on resilience, emotional control, and stress management. How does one survive in a profession where the right to make mistakes is non-negotiable? It will also address the media landscape transformed by the arrival of Big Tech, screens, and social media.

Atelier
Dancing with the Living: Collective Supervision for Coaches (in French)

With its 2025 competency revision, ICF affirmed coach supervision as an essential pillar of professional, ethical, and identity‑based development. This dedicated space allows the coach to ground themselves, create room for emergence, and listen to what the system holds but has not yet revealed.

Participants in this immersive workshop will experience group supervision firsthand. Together, we will observe how the Living manifests and informs the coach's practice through narratives, emotions, silences, resonances, and movements within the coach-client system.

The experience unfolds in 3 acts, giving each participant the opportunity to explore a coaching situation: centering and connection; collective supervision experience; gratitude, integration of learning, stepping back, and a fresh perspective.

Arrive with your lived experiences, your curiosity, and your sensitivity to the Living. Let yourself be carried into a deep, joyful, and transformative collective exploration of supervision.

Workshop
Cultivating positive mental energy to support the ICF coach’s posture

In a context marked by mental overload, organizational complexity, and socio-political chaos, coaches are called upon to maintain a reassuring and non-judgmental presence with their clients. This workshop explores how regulating the coach's mental energy directly influences the quality of the coaching relationship and can foster client growth.

The facilitators will share their discovery of Shirzad Chamine's Positive Intelligence approach and its tool. Participants will be guided to experiment with the approach and the tool inductively, as a complementary and non-prescriptive practice.

Before the workshop, pre-registered participants will be invited to complete a free self-assessment questionnaire about the tool. During the workshop, a short, collaborative interpretation of the questionnaire results will be conducted with all participants. A coaching demonstration using the tool will be performed, participants will be invited to observe and comment, a group debriefing will follow, and potential applications will be identified.

Workshop
Demystifying supervision: a space for coach renewal

Coaches are facing increasingly complex situations in a post-pandemic practice and an unpredictable geopolitical and financial environment. Overwhelmed managers, team coaching, the rise of AI, and internal coaching are just some of the challenges we must adapt to with professionalism and ethics.

It is in this context that, in its modernization of coaching competencies, the ICF is highlighting the importance of supervision: a space for renewal still largely unknown to Quebec coaches. Come discover the origins of the "Super-Vision" of coaches, a source of stability amidst the turmoil.

You will have the opportunity to learn about its principles, its operation, its added value, and much more! On the occasion of ICF-Quebec's 25th anniversary, let's give ourselves a moment of learning, exchange, and collective reflection for the advancement and credibility of our noble profession, and to increase our societal impact.

Workshop
Leadership in Motion: Trends, Development, and Coaching

Over the past ten years, leadership has evolved in a context marked by complexity, uncertainty, and a growing demand for awareness and accountability.

This workshop offers an informed reading of this evolution through longitudinal leadership data, exploring both the trends observed over time and the developmental trajectories associated with greater self-awareness and intentional growth efforts.

Together, participants will examine what these analyses reveal about how Canadian leaders are transforming — and what this concretely means for the posture, levers, and choices of the coaches who accompany them.

This workshop is designed for coaches who wish to ground their practice in data while developing a coaching approach aligned with current and emerging leadership challenges.

Workshop
From Insight to Integration: The Neuroscience of Sustainable Change

You've had the breakthrough conversation. Your client left energised, clear, committed. And then — nothing moved.

This isn't a coaching failure. It's a neuroscience problem.

In this 90-minute experiential workshop, you'll explore why emotional and physiological state determines whether insight becomes action or simply becomes memory. The workshop includes a grounded introduction to Richard Boyatzis' Intentional Change Theory, with neuroscience explaining the mechanism behind why his model works — and where coaching often short-circuits it.

Through guided reflection and paired coaching practice, you'll develop sharper discernment about when to move toward action and when staying in exploration is the more powerful intervention.

For coaches who already know the tools — and want to understand why timing and state change everything.

This workshop will offer participants the opportunity to explore the 23 skills of the Inner Development Goals (IDG) and develop deep listening, both in themselves and in others. Through practical tools and a group discussion, participants will explore their feelings and reflect on how to integrate these skills into their coaching practice.

The proposed experience will allow them to live a moment of listening and sharing in a space of trust and safety. The main exercise will focus on the practice of listening and speaking safely, while introducing a framework that facilitates awareness of systemic issues. This workshop aims to enrich the skills of coaches, by strengthening their ability to support their clients in significant transformations.

When Nature Reveals the Keys to Making Us Better Coaches

In a world where uncertainty has become the norm, how do you remain grounded as a coach and effectively support your clients? This immersive workshop, born from the collaboration between HUBU and Wásábi – Nature-Inspired Leadership™, offers a unique approach to developing your ICF competencies in the midst of turmoil.

Through observation of the living world (including equine dynamics) and interactive experiences, you will explore how nature embodies presence, listening, adaptation, and collective intelligence. You will be invited to examine your posture, refine your impact, and discover concrete strategies for mobilizing individuals and teams in complex contexts.

A workshop that is both profound and engaging — and directly transferable to practice — to strengthen your coaching mastery and contribute to a more conscious, resilient, and regenerative leadership.

Workshop
Nature: a tool or a coaching partner? (in French)

What if nature became your co-facilitator?

In an increasingly complex world, this workshop invites you to explore nature not as mere scenery, but as an active partner in the coaching process, whether in person, outdoors, or virtually.

Through an immersive and participatory experience, you will distinguish between coaching in nature and integrating nature into coaching. You will participate in concrete activities that engage the senses, metaphors, and symbolic references of the living world to deepen presence, listening skills, and the coach-client dynamic.

You will leave with clear and transferable tools to integrate nature into your practice, whether in the office, outdoors, or online.

Coaching in action: revealing the skills behind every conversation (in French)

Professional coaching isn't just about asking good questions or listening attentively. What truly makes the difference lies elsewhere: in a conscious posture, intentional presence, and finely embodied skills.

Workshop
Coaching from the Back Body: Deepening Your Presence in the Coaching Seat

How do you inhabit your coaching seat? What happens in your body as you coach? And how might we allow the body to better support our presence and attention?

For many of us, the relational field of coaching invites a subtle shift forward — we lean in as our attention reaches toward the client. As we listen, we attune to our heart, our gut. But this focus on front-body sensations may keep us subtly tensing toward the next intervention, unconsciously efforting.

Developing an awareness of the back body offers an alternative: receptivity rather than effort, ground rather than grip. A quality of presence that holds space rather than fills it.

In this experiential workshop, you'll explore the front body/back body distinction through guided somatic practices and partner coaching exchanges. Leave with embodied resources you can integrate immediately into your practice — so you can hold space more fully for your clients, and yourself.

Workshop
Développez votre maturité éthique : une clé essentielle pour enrichir votre pratique! (in French)

This enriching workshop invites you to explore how developing your ethical competence can become a powerful lever to progress in your coaching practice. Through interactive experiences and stimulating exchanges, you'll discover how to adopt a reflective posture to embrace the multiple dimensions of an ethical situation - contextual, emotional and cognitive. As a result, you'll be better equipped to navigate complex dilemmas with a more nuanced and coherent approach.

Join us to go beyond binary solutions and embrace the full richness of ethical issues in all their complexity. This workshop offers you the opportunity to cultivate a deep ethical sensitivity, essential for enriching your practice and accompanying your customers with authenticity and discernment in their transformation processes.

Workshop
Co-Creating the future of coaching with Co-Development Action Learning (CAL)

This 90-minute workshop offers a live experience of an updated co-development approach—Co-Development Action Learning (CAL)—in a fishbowl format. One participant (the coach-client) will bring a real challenge: “How can we co-create the coaching of tomorrow?”

The group will follow the CAL process step by step, with the opportunity to download tools and use live polling software that enables all participants to contribute in real time. Observers will actively participate through technology, making the session inclusive and dynamic.

Participants will learn by doing, not just by listening. They will discover how CAL creates a structured space for dialogue and co-creation, and will leave with practical tools and concrete ideas to integrate into their coaching practice.
